WE ARE NEW BUT INNOVATIVE As Lal Ltd.Şti, we knew that it will be a disadvantage to be new in the sector but we also know that we come up with an innovative concept in this commercial area. In a culture where it is a pleasure to eat, we wanted to drive the concept of serving beyond the limits of hygiene and taste, by turning it into an entertainment. THE PLACES WHERE YOU REACH THE TASTE It is of crucial importance what we eat. When it comes to eating, hygiene and taste cannot be given up. But isn't it important where and how you eat? Our target mass include especially nursery schools and baby nurseries for catering. We aim to create a cozy and intimate place with some touches to the current conditions at these schools. Going out of the classical picture of a school refectory, we create a dining room that is often revised in order to keep the kids interested. We believe that this is what we make as a difference. Besides, the meals cooked by our cooks are tested for smell and taste by our staff everyday, and the production area will be supervised by our authorized (veterinarian) Production Manager at least four times a month. WE WANTED TO ENTERTAIN A LITTLE We added entertainment to the foods we make for the kindergarten students who are an important part of our target mass, by turning the meals into a picture, since we believe that this will effect their habits of eating in a positive way and that they will realise the pleasure of eating at those ages. In the breakfasts, there will be special-shape breads; there will be lunches in the form of painting and a visual festival of fruits making the kids smile with amusement. Moreover, we believe that it is a need that the dishes, glasses, forks and spoons used should be visually entertaining. We believe this will add positively to the choice of children about foods. TRANSITION FROM THE CONSUMER TO PARTICIPANT In front of the parents who always want to get the best service for their kids, we are always there ready to contact with them, which shows the seriousness of our business morality and intimacy with the customer. Just at this point, our company shows its innovative aspect, and protects the customer from being an indirect customer and add them to our brain team. Their knowledge about their kids is there as data to form the basic alternative fun foods in that year. We are always there open to all kinds of supervision in the most friendly way, encouraging parents come and make fun foods with us any time, so that the kids eat and learn about any almost-forgotten local foods, and so that in the end it remain as a good memorial in the memories of the kids for the rest of their lives. The polls that we will let the parents fill at the beginning of the term will give us a chance to see the nourishment tendencies of the kids for the formation of menu by the school administration and us together. What is more? We are thinking of serving a menu that has been determined by a kid's parents once or a few times a week, in this way giving them a chance to participate. FRUITS AND VEGETABLES OF OUR CHILDHOOD We believe we can make a difference with the feeding of children on natural food. Feeding children is important because they will be the leaders of our country in the future, so they deserve an effective nourishment process. We believe we can add pleasure to their eating habits. The use of organic food in Eğlenceli Yemek (Fun Food) is 70 % in dried food and 50 % in fruits and vegetables, which will be collected from country farms, in this way offering rather more natural and nourishing food. Them most important of all, meal time will be a fun time activity, not an obligation any more. OPEN TO THE SUPERVISION OF THE PARENTS We ensure you not only the supervision of the school administration, but also the of the students' parents any time. At the entrance of our fun food setting, we ensure you a detailed information about the source of the food and how it is provided. Families do want to know about what their children eat, because every child is invaluable for his parents. For this reason, they have the right to know what is in the saucepot. Finally, we share our list of calorie prepared by experts, so that parents will also see it and we will encourage them in this way about alternative meals for the remaining dinner.
