WHAT SHOULD BE DONE FOR THE ORGANISATION?

-Organisation should be confirmed before at least 1 month, so the preparations can be done.
-Preparations should be done according to the place for the event, and the weather conditions should be considered.
-The music arrangement of the event should be determined, so the DJ and the equipment are supplied.
-If there will be ornaments for the event area, it should be determined beforehand.
